What's the Tea?

GREEN TEA:

“According to a study published in the International Journal of Women’s Health, one such antioxidant called epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG) found in green tea and its extracts has been shown to significantly shrink uterine fibroids and improve symptoms.”

“At this time, green tea extract for the treatment of uterine fibroids isn’t FDA approved and larger longitudinal studies are needed to confirm these preliminary results. Taking supplements should always be discussed with your doctor first.”

TURMERIC TEA:

"A study has shown that the curcumin from turmeric helps to inhibit the excessive growth of the uterine tissues, which aids in controlling uterine fibroids."

CINNAMON TEA:

“Although cinnamon has dozens of health benefits, the main benefit that will help you to reduce your fibroids is through it’s strong effect on controlling blood sugar levels in your body.”

“Cinnamon can also increase insulin sensitivity, which essentially means that it is helping your body to control blood sugar while simultaneously allowing your body to produce less insulin.

As you know, chronically high insulin levels can make your body grow fibroids faster.”
